 Amunet’s Inner Peace Tool Kit is a bespoke service which we provide for busy professionals who have forgotten how to make time for themselves. Typically the program of help and support will include a Discovery session to see how we can assist the client with the work-life balance challenges that they are facing.

The toolkit will contain a list of bespoke time-related rituals and activities which the individual can do at various times during the day and also whilst they are on the go. Consumption choices are suggested over a period of time and accountability sessions are scheduled to check up on progress. Within twenty-eight days a noticeable difference should become apparent.
